Very bad in delivery they say two days Delivery By DHL or GLS !!!! after u order The item in the stock they will send u Confirmation email after 7 days Then another email for delivery from 7 to 10 working days

do not use this outfit.you will not get a refund,IM STILL WAITING FOR MY PART SIX WEEKS AFTER ORDERING AND WILL NOW CONSIDER SMALL CLAIMS COURT.Not a UK based company and no mention of that on website.You would be a fool to order from them.

Like many on this site, I was looking for a quick delivery without appreciating that the parts were to come from Germany. First time I twigged was the address on the email confirmation with invoice. I've done this before ordering a bike last year. That turned out well. So far, this hasn't. Sadly, I think they only take notice when reviews are written, so here's hoping... After a week, I've decided as the tracker says the battery I ordered is still in Germany, I'll ask for a refund and make sure I refuse the delivery if it does arrive, then bide my time and jump through any hoops they decide awaiting reimbursement. I can't wait any longer, I'll buy local as I should have done in the first place and look more carefully next time I order online and in the terms and conditions. We've all done it. Trick is not repeating it!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this lotI honestly wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Buy Car Parts.I have a car sat on my drive ith a plastic bag covering the window, waiting for the 8th day for the delivery of a new window regulator. I paid £12.40 in total for delivery and at that price you would expect a good service. but no here I am with a wet car still awaiting parts. I have attempted to send an email but they have not yet bothered to reply. Steer clearI just called and discussed the situation with customer service, they say I cannot claim a refund until the part actually arrives. he also stated that the delivery time to the uk is at least 2 weeks and they feel that this is acceptable.I pointed out that I did not realise this was not a uk company as the website is a .co.uk one and its my fault because of brexit.Buy Car Parts Great Britain clearly couldnt care less

I ordered a inner tie rod end which was advertised online...after 5 days they contact me to say they don't have that part single ( even tho it was advertised on the site ) they told me I had to buy a whole stearing rack ?????Stay well away people they are useless

Thought i was buying parts from a UK based company, but they are based in Germany. Ordered 2x shock absorbers on 09/01/2021 and were apparently collected by GLS on the 12/01/2021. Here we are now on 21/01/21 and the parcel is still "on road" Are they walking to the UK? If you can't supply my goods which i have paid for, please refund my Paypal account immediately, and i will source the parts from a reliable company.Update: Had an email from Helga at Buycarparts today apologising for the lengthy delay of my shock absorbers. She offered to refund me in full for the parts and carriage. It seems that the parts are held up in customs somewhere, a result of Brexit no doubt. I can only say on this occasion she dealt with my issue very promptly and efficiently. It is with regret that i couldn't do business with them this time. Would i consider using them again? Definitely yes!

Very happy with the shocks I brought. I have now had them fitted to car.The price was very good and I would use them again for anything else I may need in future.

They had what I wanted, the ordering process was easy, delivery was prompt and they were cheapest.

After reading the reviews on here was not sure to use them. I decided to and checked original part number against theirs, and all good. Placed order on 14th Oct, tracking of delivery was a bit hit and miss, but part arrived 20th Oct as per email. Genuine part fitted yesterday and fixed problem and £300 cheaper than Skoda. Understood they were based in Germany and delivery was around a week, worth it due to the saving! Would use again.

We are happy and humbled by the company's gesture of handling the complaint. Though the delivery to our preferred address in UK took a while (now delivered) where eventually they will be sent to us, the company did respond positively to our Complaint. We feel the company deserves a Kudos on that. What they need to improve on is feed back on an equiry/status(This makes one to be at ease).Other wise on this they get a five hoping for best interaction with them in future.

Awful - just like their Autodoc parent company.Order online, they take payment, 4 days later email saying part not in stock (but listed as in stock in websites).Offered inferior substitute/alternative.AVOID!
